We hold same-day appointments for urgent medical concerns. Call in the morning of the day you wish to be assessed, at around 9AM, and request a same day appointment. Note that same day appointments are booked on a first-call first-served basis.
Can I speak with the doctor on the phone?
Accurately assessing your condition is best done in person with a formal appointment. In limited instances, a phone consultation with your doctor can be arranged. Please note that there may be a fee for this service.

When will my lab and/or imaging test results be in?
Electronic medical records offer the advantage of rapid and reliable transfer of information between medical facilities. In most cases, we will receive your test results within 1 to 7 business days.
How can I be referred to a specialist?
Phone us to request an appointment with your doctor to discuss the referral.
How can I request a prescription refill?
When your prescription runs out, it is a signal to your prescribing doctor to reassess and the safety and efficacy of your medication. It is advised that you book an appointment to discuss and renew your prescription. If this is not possible, you may also call your pharmacy and request that they fax a prescription refill request to our practice (our fax number is 416-486-2193). Note that there may be a fee for the latter option.
